Today I had some of my oatmeal for breakfast, and we also stopped to pick up some buns. I ate these during the morning. One was BBQ and the other was spam. We worked a bit more on our project, researched some more and also looked at how we are going to approach the project. Because we are waiting to talk to our sponsor and to some other Crown employees, we didn't have a lot that we could do specifically for our project. We got a lot more work done on our final report today since we were waiting.
For lunch, we walked down to a street that has a few different restaurants to get take away. I went to a restaurant that has a lot of different combinations with grilled chicken and other meat. I got the grileld chicken with rice. It had 2 pieces of chicken, a bunch of rice, and some cooked vegetables. It was really good, and it was a pretty good deal too, only $45 HKD (around $6 US). After lunch we worked on our report some more, we nearly finished a couple of the large sections of the report, so it is quite a bit less that we will have to do later, and a little bit more time to work on the project.
After work, we came back to our apartments, and then I went to the gym. Ana is a member, and she gave us free passes. It was in Wan Chai, so I took the MTR down there and then walked from the station. The gym was on the 16th floor of a shopping mall. They have a big locker room, and the gym has a big area of cardio equipment, an area for "free workouts," with mats, kettle bells, TRX's, medicine balls, steps, and other things to do open workouts. The rest of the gym was an area of machines, and an area of free weights. I ran on a treadmill for a bit, and then did some stuff with the TRX (back, shoulders, legs), and then did some things with free weights and dumbbells. They had a "body attack" class at 8 that we went for. I got there early to workout before the class, and then Ana got there around 8. After the class we went to a noodle place in Wan Chai, I got rice noodles with won tons and some soy milk. Then I took the MTR back to Causeway Bay and the apartment. The whole workout felt really good, it was nice to sweat from working out, and not just because of the humidity.... My legs were tired feeling after, so hopefully I will be a little bit sore tomorrow!
